Make the Nougat Layer

Add oats and cashews to a food processor and blend until a powder is formed. Some small pieces are okay! Add the remaining nougat layer ingredients and blend until it all comes together. Add the nougat layer to a lined 8×8 baking tray and press it down with your hands.

Prepare the Caramel Peanut Butter Layer

Mix peanut butter, maple syrup, and protein powder in a small bowl. Add peanut butter caramel to your nougat layer and press down with your hands.

Add the Chocolate Layer

Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each increment. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer.

Set and Slice

Place the baking tray in the fridge for 10 minutes for the chocolate to set. Slice into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
