For Crispy Tofu

For the Rolls

  • 10 sheets rice paper
  • 3 cups butter lettuce
  • 3 medium carrots
  • 1/2 large cucumber
  • 1/4 head red cabbage
  • 1 Avocado

High Protein Peanut Sauce

Instructions
 

  • To make the crispy tofu pan press your tofu to remove the liquid. Slice into strips, then toss in cornstarch and air fry at 400f for 12-15 minutes or until crispy. You can also bake your tofu at 400f for 25-30 minutes. Toss in coconut aminos and set aside.
  • Julienne your carrots and cucumber, slice your avocado, and shred your cabbage.
  • Dunk your rice paper into the water for a few seconds, then add your filling and roll it up just like a burrito.
  • To make the dip add all ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine.
