McDonanlds Copycat Apple Pies
These fluffy pies are sure to please any crowd! They're the perfect single serve pies and taste amazing with my healthy vegan icing! Find the recipe below!

1 Package of Vegan Puff Pastry Apple Filling 3 Apples Any apples will work! Use your favorite! 1.5 tsp Cinnamon 2 tbsp Maple Syrup Dash of Salt
Set your oven to 350 degrees f
Finely dice your apples and add them to the pan with the maple syrup, cinnamon & salt & cook for about 10 minutes until softened.
Cut your puff pastry into pieces. I cut mine into 9 pieces but only ended up having enough filling for 7 of them.
Assemble your pies. Add vegan egg wash around the edges, add your apple filling then fold the pastry in half and seal the edges with a fork.
Cut 3-4 slits in the pastry so the steam can escape then transfer to a baking sheet & add more egg wash on top
BAKE at 350 until golden & crispy! Mine took about 40 minutes!
Blend the icing ingredients together. Start with 1/2 cup plant milk and add more as needed to thin.
