This Sugar cookie latte protein bowl is a healthy twist on the popular Starbucks Sugar Cookie Oat Latte but with an extra protein punch. It’s easy to make and uses simple ingredients, including tofu, oat milk, vanilla extract, and latte-flavoured protein powder. With a creamy, velvety texture and a hint of comforting sweetness, this protein bowl is a nutritious way to fuel your day while hitting your protein goals and getting in some much loved caffeine! Top it off with everyone’s favourite Biscoff cookies and sprinkles to give it that sugar cookie flair!

- 200 g silken tofu
- 3 tbsp oat milk
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp almond extract
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- 1 scoop vedge nutrition cold brew latte flavored protein powder
For Topping
- 1 Biscoff cookie
- 1/2 chopped apple
- Red and green sprinkles
Add your silken tofu into a blender along with your oat milk, vanilla and almond extracts, and cashew butter, and blend until smooth.
Transfer into a bowl and mix in 1 scoop of Vedge Nutrition cold brew latte-flavoured protein.
Top it off with your Biscoff cookie, chopped apple, some red and green sprinkles, and enjoy!
