Taco Pasta
This Taco pasta is super flavorful, packed with veggies and protein and can be made in 10-15 minutes!

- 250 g Whole Wheat Pasta
- 1 Onion
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1 can Black Beans
- 1 cup Corn
- 225 g Extra Firm Crumbled Tofu
- 2 tbsp Taco Seasoning the ones that come in packets or homemade!
- 1.5 tbsp Chili Powder
- 2.5-3 cups Salsa
Sauté your onion for 3-4 minutes until translucent. Add in the garlic and bell pepper and sauté for another few minutes
Add in the rest of the ingredients and cook until heated through.
Add in your cooked pasta then top with avocado, green onions, cilantro, or jalapenos!
