Ingredients
  

  • 1 Frozen Apple cut up and frozen the night before
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • ¼ cup Oats
  • 2-3 Medjool Dates
  • ¾ tsp Vanilla
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg
  • ¾ cup Plant Milk

Instructions
 

  • Freeze your banana and apple the night before. Cut into pieces then place in a container and put in the freezer.
  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend smooth.
  • If you want to make a smoothie bowl add as little plant milk as possible and use a tamper to push everything into the blade.
