Tiramisu Protein Balls

These tiramisu protein balls are a delicious, no-bake snack packed with an addictive espresso flavour, hefty plant-based protein, and natural sweetness from Medjool dates. Made with oat flour, cacao powder, almond butter, and a hint of vegan white chocolate, they offer all the decadence of the classic Italian dessert tiramisu in a healthy, grab-and-go energy ball. Perfect for meal prep, post-workout fuel, or to pop into your mouth anytime to satisfy your sweet cravings.

Instructions

  • To a high-speed blender or food processor, add in your dates, oat flour, cacao powder, protein powder and almond butter.
  • Make your strong double espresso, and if you prefer a strong coffee flavour, add 1 tsp of instant coffee to the espresso.
  • Add your espresso to your food processor and blend until everything comes together. It should form a large sticky ball.
  • Divide into as many balls as you’d like. I made eight balls.
  • Pour 1 tsp of white chocolate over each ball and spread it around the ball with the back of a spoon, then dust with cacao powder.
  • Place in the fridge or freezer for 5 minutes for the chocolate to set, and you are ready to enjoy!
