First, make your chicken and crispy chickpeas! Strain and rinse your chickpeas and toss in garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
Place your chickpeas in one half of the air fryer tray and you’re vegan chicken nuggets in the other half. Air fry at 400 F for 8 minutes or bake at 425 for 11 min.
If you use tempeh bacon instead, make the marinade in a container and toss your tempeh in the marinade. Once coated, pan-fry each side for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
While your chickpeas and protein cook, make your dressing by blending together all of the ingredients.
Chop up your romaine lettuce, toss in your dressing, and assemble your wrap with all of your ingredients.
