Vegan Caprese Skewers with Balsamic Glaze
These vegan caprese skewers are the perfect vegan appetizer! They are easy to make, salty, slightly sweet and the perfect finger food! These skewers can be made ahead of time for easy entertaining!

Slightly press your tofu using a tofu press or by using a kitchen towel and pressing the liquid out with your hands.
Slice the tofu into small cubes then toss in salt, pepper and oregano.
Slice your cherry tomatoes in half and pick leaves off of your basil.
Assemble your caprese salad skewers with one tomato, one leaf of basil and one cube of tofu. Drizzle with a balsamic glaze and enjoy!
