Vegan Chickpea Blondies

This high protein blondie is the perfect snack to keep on hand! It is dense and filling and taste great cold straight out of the fridge!

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees f.
  • Add all ingredients (except for the sprinkles) to a high speed blender or food processor & blend until smooth.
  • Lightly mix in the sprinkles with a spoon. Be careful not to overmix or the sprinkles may dissolve.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x9 baking dish and top with a few more sprinkles.
  • Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees f.
