  • Oat Flour
  • Vanilla
  • Plant Milk
  • Cinnamon
  • Sprinkles

Substitutions & Additions:

  • Sub oat flour for all purpose, gluten free or whole wheat.
  • Add nuts or chocolate chips for extra fun flavor!
  • For a no protein version, omit the protein powder and add extra oat flour and maple syrup.
  • Sub almond butter for any other nut butter.
  • Sub chickpeas for white beans.

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees f.
  • Add all ingredients (except for the sprinkles) to a high speed blender or food processor & blend until smooth.
  • Lightly mix in the sprinkles with a spoon. Be careful not to overmix or the sprinkles may dissolve.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×9 baking dish and top with a few more sprinkles.
  • Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees f.
