Cookie Butter Recipe

Vegan Cookie Butter

This is the most nostalgic spread! You won't believe you're not eating real cookies! If you love eating raw cookie dough this spread is for you!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil or cashew butter if oil free
  • 1/4 cup Plant Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Ginger
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Salt add more to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a blender (I used my magic bullet and it worked just fine!). Blend until very smooth and the oats are pulverized.
  • Let the mixture sit to thicken for about 15 minutes. The mix will be very runny after you're done blending but let it sit for some time and it gets extremely thick and spreadable!
