chocolate rice pudding recipe

Viral Chocolate Rice Pudding

This light and airy chocolate rice pudding made with leftover rice has taken the internet by storm, and for a good reason. With just two pantry staples and a blender, you can whip up a rich, creamy pudding just like traditional rice pudding—but with a chocolatey twist. The melted dark chocolate brings a deep, rich flavor, while the boiled rice, when blended with boiling water, provides a creamy pudding base. The coconut flakes and cacao powder on top add a tropical flavour and elevate the chocolate flavour. This decadent dessert is vegan, eggless, and ready in 10 minutes.
