Easy Apple Nachos
These Easy Apple Nachos are the perfect shareable summer snack and take only 5 minutes to make! They are totally customizable and are vegan, gluten free and dairy free! This is the perfect mix of salty and sweet, great for a pool day, a snack for kids, or as a special treat to yourself!
What ingredients do I need for Easy Apple Nachos?
- Apples
- Chocolate Chips. I like the enjoy life brand!
- Tahini
- Granola
- Coconut Shreds
How to make easy apple nachos:
These nachos are super simple to make and can be made in 5 minutes! Start by thinly slicing your apples then arrange on a large plate or dish in a circular pattern. Melt your chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave. If using the microwave heat in 30 second increments mixing in between. Drizzle the chocolate all over along with the tahini, granola, and coconut shreds. You can eat these right away or place in the fridge for 10 minutes for the chocolate to harden.

These nachos are totally customizable to your particular likes! Try adding these other items onto your apple nachos:
- Mix up the tahini for any other nut butter of your choice.
- Add some extra chocolate chips on top.
- Sprinkle a dash of salt on top to bring out the sweetness!
- Add some crushed nuts on top!
- Top with some chopped dates for extra sweetness!

Ingredients
- 2 Apples
- ⅓ cup Chocolate Chips
- ¼ cup Tahini
- ¼ cup Granola
- 2 tbsp Coconut Shreds
Instructions
- Thinly slice your apples and arrange in a circular pattern on a plate or dish.
- Melt your chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave using 30 second increments and stirring in between.
- Drizzle your chocolate over the apples along with the tahini and the rest of the ingredients.
