If you’re looking for a smoothie that tastes like dessert in a glass, but is still healthy, this smoothie is for you! This smoothie is dairy free, refined sugar free and has secret greens added for color (trust me you cant taste them at all!). To bring the smoothie together and really give it a key lime pie taste crumble a vegan graham cracker on top! I was able to find some vegan crackers at Whole Foods and Natures Emporium, but I’m sure any natural foods store would have them as well! Perfect for kids, as a quick breakfast or snack on the go!

Key Lime Pie Smoothie

The perfect smoothie for when you're craving a dessert, but sticking to your health goals! The key lime flavor is spot on, perfectly sour and sweet all at the same time!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Banana
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Lime Zest
  • 2 Medjool Dates
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Cream The thick part of a can of coconut milk – can also sub coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Plant Milk I used almond, but any plant milk will work!
  • Handful of Spinach For colour
  • 1 Vegan Graham Cracker

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients together and crumble graham crack on top.
  • For a thicker smoothie add more frozen banana, ice, or less plant milk.
