Vegan Pancake Board
This vegan pancake board is perfect for your Sunday brunch or as a gift to wow that special someone! It is 100% customizable and absolutely stunning! Make this board for your Mom on Mother’s Day, for a birthday of a loved one or for your significant other on your anniversary! Nothing says I love you like a bunch of fluffy pancakes!
What you’ll need to make a Vegan Pancake Board:
- One recipe of my Fluffy Vegan Buttermilk Pancakes
- Bananas
- Mixed Berries
- Maple Syrup
- Nut Butter or Powdered Peanut Butter
- Jam
- Chocolate Chips
How to build your vegan pancake board:
To make your pancake board you’ll first need a great vegan pancake recipe! I always make my Fluffy Vegan Buttermilk Pancakes they turn out perfect every time and are gluten free and refined sugar free! Once you’ve got your pancakes start assembling your board and get creative! You can add on all your favorite toppings and additions to make it just right! Find some cute ramekins, mini bowls or a mini jug for your maple syrup so you can plate your board beautifully!
Additions/Substitutions:
I make my vegan pancake board with anything I have on hand at the time but you can add many other things to the board here are some more ideas!
- Vegan Whipped Cream – you can make your own try this recipe by Minimalist Baker or you can buy some from the store! Try this whipped cream made from rice!
- Add some melted dark chocolate or chocolate sauce in a small ramekin!
- Add some vegan bacon or breakfast sausage to the board!
- Try some sugar free syrup for a sugar free version! My favorite brand is Lakanto Sugar Free Maple Syrup! It is low in carbs, keto friendly, and has the most delicious maple flavor!
- Add some sliced vegan butter!
- Serve with some Fresh Coffee or Mimosas

Vegan Pancake Baord
Ingredients
- 1 Recipe of my Fluffy Vegan Buttermilk Pancakes recipe found in the link above
- 1-2 Sliced Bananas
- 2 cups Fresh Strawberries
- 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
- 1 cup Fresh Raspberries
- ½ cup Chocolate Chips
- ¼ cup Nut Butter
- 2 tbsp Jam
- ⅓ cup Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Prepare your pancakes and place then on your board.
- Wash your fruit and slice up your banana and place them on the board.
- Add your chocolate chips, jam and maple syrup into ramekins and add them to the board.
- Serve with fresh coffee or mimosas!
