  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or 1 medjool date
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt

SMOOTHIE

  • 1.5 cups frozen strawberries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 scoop Vedge vegan collagen
  • 1/2 scoop vedge vanilla ice cream protein
  • ¾ cup soy milk
  • 1 medjool date

FOR THE GLASS

  • 1 tbsp coconut cream
