This orange creamsicle smoothie is so refreshing and perfect for summer! It is made with freshly squeezed orange juice and coconut milk, making this the ultimate creamy smoothie. It is also high in protein, vegan and dairy free! Perfect for a post workout smoothie, a breakfast or lunch on the go, or a healthy dessert!
What ingredients do I need for my orange creamsicle smoothie
- Frozen Banana
- Orange
- Full Fat Coconut Milk
- Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
- Ice Cubes
- Plant Milk
How to make your orange creamsicle smoothie
This smoothie is quick and easy to make! Just toss all of your ingredients into a high speed blender or food processor and blend up until smooth! I use my Vitamix for everything! Click here for the one I use. Use plant milk as needed to thin out the smoothie to your desired consistency. Use ice cubes as needed to chill your smoothie.
Some tips from Steph
Use frozen bananas to make your smoothie to ensure it is cold. I always like to have some peeled ripe bananas in my freezer in a container to use for smoothies, nice cream and more!
Make your orange creamsicle smoothie without banana by removing the banana and adding 1-2 extra oranges!
Don’t want a protein smoothie? Take out the protein powder and add in 3/4 of a teaspoon vanilla.
Sub the coconut milk. If you are not a fan of coconut milk or your are allergic you can make your orange creamsicle smoothie with yogurt instead, just make sure its vegan!
