This spicy peanut dressing (DF & oil free) is tangy, nutty and delicious! Drizzle this on top of Asian salads or use as a dip for summer rolls! It is super simple to make and only requires 5 ingredients! I use this dressing for my Summer Roll Bowl Vegan Meal Prep Recipe and it is truly a game changer!

How to make this spicy peanut dressing (DF & oil free):
This is one of the easiest dressings you can make! All you need is a blender or a jar! Pop in all of the ingredients and blend until combined (or shake vigorously if using a jar). Drizzle and enjoy!
What can I use this spicy peanut dressing for?
I love to use this spicy peanut dressing on my Summer Roll Bowl Meal Prep Recipe! It makes the meal taste amazing! You can also use this dressing as a dip for summer rolls! Try adding it on top of sandwiches, or wraps or on top of Buddha bowls! The possibilities are endless!
How to store your spicy peanut dressing (DF & oil free):
Store your spicy peanut dressing in the fridge for up to 2 weeks! I love keeping it on hand to use throughout the week on different meals! You can store it in any jar or airtight container!
Substitutions:
- For a refined sugar free version use my refined sugar free date paste recipe in place of maple syrup
- For gluten free use gluten free soy sauce or tamari
- If you don’t have limes, use lemons instead (make sure it’s freshly squeezed though!)
- Add water to thin if using as a dressing, if using as a dip omit to keep it thick and dippable!

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Natural Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Sriracha
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2-3 tbsp Water to thin optional, if using as a dip omit to produce a thicker consistency.
