- 6 tbsp olive brine
- ½ cup packed fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped dill leaves
- ½ cup packed fresh basil leaves
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp capers
- Squeeze lemon
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 500 g Pasta
- Top with vegan parmesan
Instructions
