Recipe Tips for Green Goddess Pasta

Make it gluten-free: Use gluten-free pasta for those with gluten sensitivities. You can also use chickpea pasta or lentil-based pasta for a higher protein option.

Swap hemp seeds in green goddess sauce with cashews, pinenuts, sunflower seeds, or walnuts for a different flavour and texture.

For a protein boost: Add tofu, vegan chicken, chickpeas, or a protein of your choice for some extra protein. You can also swap the pasta for a legume pasta.

For extra cheesy flavour: Top it with vegan parmesan cheese. Try my homemade cashew parmesan recipe here!

Experiment with different greens of your choice, like kale, broccoli, peas, or avocado.

Spice it up! Experiment by adding different fresh herbs to your sauce. Fresh basil would be a great addition but feel free to get creative!

Adjust sauce consistency: If the sauce is too thick, add the reserved pasta water a little at a time until you reach your desired consistency.

Storage tip: Store in an airtight container. It will stay fresh for up to 3 days. When reheating the pasta, add a splash of water or plant-based milk for a smooth and creamy sauce.
