  • ¾ cup oat yogurt
  • 1 scoop of vegan chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs

Cinnamon Apple

  • 1 honeycrisp apples
  • ¾ cup oat yogurt
  • 1 scoop frosted cinnamon roll protein
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • You’ll need 3 meal prep containers for this recipe with 2 compartments. See photos above!
  • Slice your apples and soak them in salt water for 10 minutes to keep them from going brown.
  • Start by adding your yogurt and protein powder to the small compartment and mix well to combine.
  • For the first box mix together yogurt, vanilla protein and peanut butter. Add sliced apple on the side.
  • For the second box, mix yogurt and chocolate protein powder. Top with cacao nibs and add strawberries on the side.
  • For the third box, mix yogurt, frosted cinnamon roll protein, and cinnamon and add sliced apples to the side.
