Add in the vegetable broth, lemon juice, dry white wine, and capers. Bring to a gentle simmer. Simmer for 2 minutes.

  • 2 blocks of extra firm tofu
  • Olive oil spray
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • Salt to taste

For the Sticky Lemon Caper Sauce

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 small diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • Juice of 2-3 lemons
  • cup dry white wine
  • ¼ cup capers
  • tbsp cornstarch mixed with 3 tbsp water to make a slurry
  • cup chopped fresh parsley
