Some tips from Steph

Make sure to use a high speed blender! I use my Vitamix for everything! I find it can pulverize through anything and produce an ultra creamy result!

Don’t forget the ice! Adding ice to your hummus is a secret trick to produce an ultra creamy a fluffy hummus! The ice whips in the hummus to produce the fluffiest lightest dip!

Use home cooked chickpeas. You can use homecooked chickpeas instead of canned chickpeas for this recipe. Just make sure that they are cooked well so they are nice and soft and use 1.5 cups of cooked chickeas.

Add some greens! Some freshly chopped parsley would go so well with this hummus!

Make it oil free! To make this hummus recipe oil free just sub it with equal parts water or aquafaba (chickpea water).
