Ingredients
  

For the Pea Pesto

  • 1 cup frozen green peas defrosted
  • 1 bunch basil
  • cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • ¼ cup plant milk
  • ½ tsp salt

For the Salad

  • 1 cup uncooked orzo pasta
  • 4 cups chopped arugula
