  • 6 mini tortillas

For the Taco Meat

  • 280 g extra firm tofu
  • ½ cup black beans
  • ¼ cup tomato sauce
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp chilli powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 3 tbsp chopped yellow onion
  • 3 tbsp chopped red bell pepper

  • 3 tbsp kalamata olives
