How to Make Protein Cups
Combine Dry Ingredients
Add your protein powder and powdered peanut butter to a large bowl.
Mix Wet Ingredients
Melt your coconut oil in the microwave and add it to the bowl with water. Mix to combine. The coconut oil helps to bind the mix together and adds a rich flavour.

Adjust the consistency
Add water as needed until you get a moldable consistency. The amount of water will vary based on the protein powder you are using. I used ¾ of a cup, but you may need to add more or less.

Transfer the Mix to the Muffin Tins
Take half of the mix and divide it into 6 muffin tins, pressing down with your fingers. Add 1 tbsp of strawberry jam per muffin tin.

Top and Seal
Divide the rest of the mixture into 6 equal balls and form them into a circle with your hands. Place a circle on top of each stuffed muffin tin.

Freeze Protein Cups
Place in the freezer and let sit for at least 3 hours before enjoying.
Serve & Enjoy
Once set, your PB&J Protein Cups are ready to be enjoyed! Pop them out of the muffin tins and savour the classic peanut butter and jelly flavours in a protein-packed form.

Recipe Tips for Protein Cups
Swap strawberry jam with raspberry, blueberry, or even chia seed jam for an added nutrition boost. You can even add your favourite jelly.
Add Your Favourite Protein: Customize these protein cups by adding your favourite protein powder flavour.
Storage Tip: You can store these protein cups in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Add nuts for added nutrition and crunchy texture.
For added flavour: Drizzle chocolate sauce or peanut butter sauce on top for an extra layer of flavour.
Adjust the consistency: Based on the protein powder used, feel free to adjust the water quantity as necessary. The mixture should be moldable but not too wet.
