This avocado pudding is so easy to make! All you need is 5 minutes and a high speed blender or food processor.

Making the pudding: To make this sweet avocado mousse just toss all of your ingredients into your blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth.

Chill your pudding: Once your pudding is blended smooth you can eat it right away or chill it in the fridge for a few hours.

Make sure your avocados are ripe! This will really affect the taste of the pudding!

Add some toppings: This pudding tastes UNREAL on its own but you can also add some fresh fruit on top, some nuts and seeds, or any other toppings you’d like!

Swap the maple syrup for another liquid sweetener such as monk fruit sweetener or agave!

Chill your pudding: This pudding tastes best when it is chilled! If you make it with cold avocados and plant milk from the fridge you should be able to have it cold right after blending!

Don’t like avocado? Swap it for silken tofu or add in some banana to make an avocado banana chocolate mousse!

Don’t have cacao powder? If you don’t have cacao you can find some here! Or you can melt some chocolate and mix that in instead!

Storing you avocado chocolate pudding

This avo pudding can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days in an airtight container! If you are making them the night before to serve to guests make sure to portion is out into the ramekins you want to serve them in before chilling in the fridge.
