How to make everything bagel hummus
This everything bagel hummus recipe is SO easy you will want to make it every week!
First gather all of your ingredients. This recipe moves fast!
Next, add everything except for your everything bagel seasoning into a high speed blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth! Add water or oil as needed to thin your hummus to get to your desired consistency.
Add your everything bagel seasoning into the blender and mix it in with a spoon! You could also pulse the blender a few times to mix it in, although this may break up the seeds in the seasoning!
Season with salt as needed and add your everything but the bagel hummus into a shallow bowl. Spread it out with the back of a spoon, top with more seasoning and some chopped chives and enjoy!

Don’t skip on the ice cubes! Adding ice cubes to your hummus and spreads makes them ULTRA creamy and rich! I have no idea why but it is such a great addition I recently learned and is now a MUST in every creamy sauce recipe!
Make it oil free! You can omit the oil in this recipe and replace it with either water or more tahini. It doesn’t alter the taste very much at all!
Don’t have everything bagel seasoning? You can find some here on Amazon! You can also just add in some white and black sesame seeds, onion granules, garlic granules and poppy seeds, which is what the seasoning is usually made of!
Using dry chickpeas. You can cook chickpeas at home yourself and use them for the hummus! Just make sure to over cook them so they are nice and soft so they blend up easier and produce an ultra creamy sauce.
Make sure to season with salt to taste! Everyone loves different amounts so add more as needed to taste!
How to eat your everything bagel hummus
With pita or crackers! This is my favorite way to way to eat hummus! I love to toast up some whole wheat pita and eat it warm with the dip. It is truly the best! Crunchy crackers or rice cakes work great as well!
With some sliced veggies! You can use any veggies you have on hand or veggies that are about to go off! Try using some sliced carrots, celery, bell peppers or cucumber!
In your sandwiches and wraps! This everything bagel hummus makes a great addition to sandwiches and wraps and can be used in place of vegan mayo or avocado if you feel like switching it up!
In your nourish bowls! Add this hummus to your nourish bowls with some rice or quinoa, veggies and greens! It can be used in place of a dressing alongside a squeeze of lemon juice!
As an addition to your vegan charcuterie boards! This would be the perfect addition to a snack board and would definitely be a fun twist on hummus to share with your friends and loved ones!

Everything Bagel Hummus {5 Minute Recipe}
Ingredients
- 1 can Drained Chickpeas
- ¼ cup Tahini
- 1 clove Garlic
- Juice of 1½ Lemons
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil sub water for oil free
- ¼ cup Water
- 2 Ice Cubes do not skip this! It makes the hummus SO creamy!
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning plus more for topping
- Chives for topping optional
Instructions
- Grab a high speed blender or food processor and gather your ingredients.
- Add in all of the ingredients except for the everything bagel seasoning and blend until completely smooth. Add more water as needed to thin.
- Make sure to add in your ice cubes! It makes the hummus SO creamy!
- Add in the everything bagel seasoning and use a spoon to mix it into the hummus.
- Spread out your hummus onto a shallow plate with the back of the spoon then top with extra everything bagel seasoning and some fresh chives!
- Dip with toasted pita, crackers or sliced veggies or use it as a spread for sandwiches or wraps!
