  • 400 g extra firm tofu
  • ½ tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • 1 tsp caper brine
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

For the Coleslaw

  • 5 cups cabbage or coleslaw mix
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
