How to make Smoked Tofu Tacos

Air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes or bake at 425°F for 25-30 minutes until crispy and golden.

- ½ tbsp olive oil
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- 1 tsp caper brine
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
For the Coleslaw
- 5 cups cabbage or coleslaw mix
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Optional Toppings
- 1 sliced avocado
- Cilantro
- Red onions
- Sriracha mayo
