How to Make Buffalo Tofu Wrap
Prepare the Tofu
It’s time to ditch those fancy restaurant variations and create a homemade Buffalo Tofu Wrap. Begin by pressing your Tofu to release excess liquid. Once pressed, slice the Tofu into thin, rectangular pieces. Add your buffalo sauce into one bowl and add the nutritional yeast and cornstarch to another.
Dip each tofu slice into buffalo sauce, coating them well. Next, dredge the Tofu in the nutritional yeast and cornstarch mixture.
Pan Fry the Tofu
Pan fry on both sides for 2-3 minutes until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Prepare the Tahini Ranch
Whisk tahini, lemon juice, dried dill, fresh chives, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Add a splash of water to achieve your desired consistency. Adjust the seasoning to taste.

Ingredients
For Buffalo Tofu Wrap
- 2 large whole wheat tortillas
- 200 g extra firm tofu
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce
- ⅓ cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 shredded carrot
- ¼ red onion diced
- ½ tomato sliced
- 6 cups mixed greens
- 2 cups micro greens
For the Tahini Ranch
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 2 tsp fresh chives
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Splash of water to thin
Instructions
- Press your Tofu to release the liquid, then chop it into slices.
- Add your buffalo sauce into one bowl and add the nutritional yeast and cornstarch to another.
- Dunk tofu slices in buffalo sauce, then dredge them into the nutritional yeast/cornstarch mixture.
- Pan fry on both sides for 2-3 minutes until crispy.
- Make your tahini ranch by mixing everything in a small bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add 1-2 tbsp of water to thin to get to your desired consistency if needed.
- Assemble your tortilla and roll it up. Pan fry on medium heat until golden and crispy, starting with the flap of the tortilla first so it seals shut.
