How to make snickers baked oatmeal
This vegan snickers baked oatmeal is so simple to make and only requires 10 minutes of prep!
Grab a baking dish and gather your ingredients. My dish was 7×10 inches but an 8×8 pan will work as well!
Add all of the ingredients into the baking dish and mix well until everything is combined.
Pop your baking dish into the oven and bake at 350f for 30 minutes until golden.
While your oats are in the oven make your high protein peanut butter icing! Add your plant milk, vegan yogurt, powdered peanut butter and vegan vanilla protein powder into a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Top your baked oats with that delicious high protein icing and add some shaved chocolate and crushed peanuts on top.
Some tips from Steph
Make it gluten free! This recipe is naturally gluten free but if you are very strict make sure to get gluten free certified oatmeal!
Make it nut free! You can make this recipe nut free however it will not have the same snickers bar flavor. You can swap the powdered peanut butter for extra protein powder! Make sure to remove the peanuts as well!
Make it lower in fat! To make this recipe super low in fat remove the chopped peanuts.
Use any plant milk you have on hand. I used almond milk but any plant milk will work here!
Make it sugar free! You can omit the maple syrup if you’d prefer to have no added sugar. The protein powder and dates will be sweet enough if you are not a huge fan of sweets!
Substitute the chia seeds for 2 tablespoons of flax.
Storing your vegan snickers baked oatmeal
You can store your snickers baked oatmeal in the fridge for up to 5 days! It honestly tastes amazing cold right out of the fridge and literally tastes like cake! You can store it in one large container or divide it into pre-portioned meals so you can grab them and take them on the go!

Instructions
- Grab a large baking dish and gather your ingredients. My dish was a 7×10 inch dish but an 8×8 dish will work as well!
- Add all of the ingredients into your baking dish a mix well to combine.
