How to make Chocolate Protein Pudding

You might have tried my Chia Pudding Recipe before. If yes, here is another treat for you. This chocolate dip snack box is a unique twist to my chia pudding recipe.

The chocolate dip is made using protein and fiber-enriched chia seeds, almond milk, vegan protein powder, and cacao powder and is then served alongside strawberries and rice crackers. This Protein-Packed Chocolate Pudding is the perfect treat for those picky eaters in your home. Here’s how to make a chocolate protein pudding.

Blend the Ingredients

Add chia seeds, almond milk, chocolate-flavored protein powder, cacao powder, and maple syrup (Use if your protein powder is not sweet enough) in a high-speed blender. Blend well until combined well and a smooth and creamy consistency is achieved.

Chill the Chocolate Protein Pudding

Transfer the chocolate dip to three boxes and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill for the best texture. It tastes best when served cold.

Serve

When ready to serve, split the strawberries & rice crackers between the 3 portions and serve alongside the chocolate protein pudding.

Recipe Tips and Variations

Feel free to customize your High Protein Chocolate Dip Snack Box with these suggestions:

  • Swap almond milk for other plant-based milk, such as oat or coconut.
  • Experiment with different protein powder flavors, like vanilla, for a unique twist.
  • Add a dash of cinnamon or sea salt to enhance the flavor of the chocolate dip.
  • Serve with other fruits, like banana slices or apple wedges, or use a variety of vegan crackers or pretzels for dipping.
  • Stir in nuts of your choice if you don’t have nut allergies.
  • Add nut butter or seed butter to thicken it and add more richness.
  • You can also substitute the almond milk with coconut yogurt.
  • Add Maple syrup to balance out the strong flavor of chia seeds.

Allergy Substitutions

This recipe uses almond milk. Choose nut-free plant milk, such as soy or coconut milk, to ensure the recipe suits those with nut allergies.
